Q7: Are your stones natural or engineered?

A: All our products are 100% natural stone, carefully sourced from the finest quarries around the world.

Q8: Can you customize the size, thickness, or finish of the stone?

A: Common finishes include polished, honed, leathered, sandblasted, flamed, brushed, and antique.

Q11: What is the hardness or durability of quartzite compared to marble?

A: Quartzite is harder and more resistant to scratches and heat, while marble is softer and ideal for elegant indoor applications.

Q12: Are your stones suitable for outdoor use?

A: Yes, materials like granite, quartzite, and travertine perform beautifully outdoors due to their strength and weather resistance.

Q13: How do you ensure product quality?

A: We maintain strict quality control during every step — from raw block inspection to polishing, packaging, and shipping.

3.Samples, Orders & Production

Q14: Can I get a stone sample before ordering?

A: Yes, we offer free samples, with customers covering only the shipping cost.

Q15: Will the stone I receive match the sample exactly?

A: Since every stone is natural, minor color and pattern variations occur. To ensure accuracy, we provide samples to our customers and keep backup copies. When an order is placed, we carefully compare the slabs with the approved samples, allowing customers to confirm consistency and correctness before finalizing the order.

Q16: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: Typically one full bundle of slabs or 50 square meters of tiles.

Q17: What is your production lead time?

A: Usually 15–25 days, depending on material availability and order volume.

A: Yes, we can CNC-cut, waterjet, or fabricate according to architectural drawings or detailed design requirements.

Q19: Can you provide stone inspection reports or photos before shipping?

A: Yes, we send high-resolution slab photos or videos for your approval before shipment.
