Oriental Villa, located beside Dongqian Lake in Ningbo, is a luxury low-density residential community integrating villas and townhouses.
Nestled against the mountains and beside the water, the project offers a living experience where tranquility replaces urban noise, and nature becomes an extension of everyday life.
Designed by leading masters including GAD Architects, Song Shuhua (landscape), and Liang Jianguo (interior), the project draws inspiration from the spatial rhythm of Jiangnan gardens—
“open when gathered, winding when dispersed.”
As expressed in Zong Baihua’s Aesthetics and Artistic Conception:
“The spatial construction of Chinese painting does not depend on light, shadow, or perspective, but reveals a rhythm of space similar to music and dance.”
