The Dongguan VIVO Headquarters stands as an architectural statement of innovation, vitality, and human-centered technology.
Designed as a seven-storey elliptical landmark, the building embraces the concept of “A Nest of Hope, A Light of Technology”, reflecting VIVO’s global vision and commitment to the future of intelligent living.
At the heart of the design is a fluid, open, and transparent spatial experience—one that invites collaboration, creativity, and continuous momentum. Complementing this vision is the project’s iconic natural stone element: the Calacatta White Marble Spiral Staircase, a sculptural centerpiece that embodies clarity, elegance, and forward motion.
Architectural Concept
The building forms a continuous architectural loop, organized around a dramatic central courtyard. This courtyard is more than circulation—it is an urban stage where people gather, rest, meet, pause, and even perform.
Surrounding this energetic core, various spatial scales unfold across the seven floors, creating a multi-layered dialogue between:
light and shadow
weight and levity
form and transparency
technology and humanity
The design language emphasizes openness, allowing the space to be perceived from multiple angles and elevations—fluid, breathable, and effortlessly connected.
The Calacatta White Marble Spiral Staircase
The Soul of the Atrium
At the center of the atrium, an elliptical water feature mirrors the sky above, while a suspended spiral staircase crafted entirely from Calacatta White Marble ascends gracefully through the expanded vertical void.
Suspended by high-strength steel cables, the staircase appears almost weightless—an elegant swirl of white lifting upward like a rising current of light.

The natural veining of Calacatta White Marble is the perfect complement to the project’s design spirit:
